Never try this shop except you want your good car go to BAD！ Please find somewhere else that trustful and experienced shop！ This is the worst experience ever！ My truck drives allgood and just wanna an alignment， and they found tie rods broken， Ok， pay over $500， and over $100 for aligment！ My wheel still turns one side， come back for the second time and then turns to the other side！ what‘s more， they even did not put an clamp on the tierod boot….. went back to the shop， they technician was very impatient and put “2” clamps， and I found the boot is broken！ What's more， they said they did all check and my truck is totally no problem and ready to go， and after I Drive 10 minutes， my truck was over heating and coolant leak….. And， the labor is over $250 per hour！ Crazy！ I am wondering if there is some government office should take care of this！

PROFESSIONAL! I have lived all over the country and been to all varieties of tire dealer/repair shops (including Sellcount in Phoenix) and I’ve never had a better experience than this Big O on Bowles & Kipling in Littleton. Greeted at the door by Jared the manager with a welcome greeting. Felt like I was being taken care of and being offered the BEST advice and support not the most expensive. The staff got my vehicle in soon after arriving and was nice to have complimentary coffee and a clean facility after my drive down from the mountains. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive a little extra to visit this location! Thanks Jared and the guys!

I was helped right away. Joel sent for a part for the car air conditioner. It was installed right away. It works great. Great fix since it was over 85 degrees that day. Everyone was very courteous,

Avoid this location unless you want fresh wheel damage with your fresh rubber! They scratched every wheel they touched. I thought it was just dirty but I was shocked to find how deep the scratches really are. They also charged me a few hundred bucks extra for a stupid tire warranty that I didn’t ask for! I was gonna let the warranty part slide until I saw the extent of the wheel damage. Never seen anything like it, I cannot believe they let the truck leave the shop with so much damage on the parts they touched. I better check my lug nut torque because they probably screwed that up too!

My partner and I stopped by the Big O Tires off Bowles and Littleton and had such a great experience thanks to Eli. We were in a bit of a pinch… my partner drives an R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R and we urgently needed new snow tires. Ours were pretty old, and it just wasn’t worth the risk putting them back on. Eli made the whole process incredibly easy. He helped us order the right tires, even priced matched when I found them slightly cheaper somewhere else and somehow had them delivered to the shop within just a few hours, then got them mounted and ready to go the same day. Super helpful, efficient, and genuinely great service. Couldn’t recommend him or this location more!
